Description
This e-learning module will assist you in becoming competent in implementing selected marine litter monitoring methodologies. By following this module, you will learn how to design and implement marine litter monitoring campaigns and how to generate fit-for-purpose, reliable and comparable data on the presence and effects of marine litter, thus contributing with essential knowledge for a targeted response to address the urgent marine litter threat in the Mediterranean. You will gain a deeper understanding and acquire new knowledge and skills related to the design, implementation and monitoring of the following marine litter methodologies:

The module has been developed by MIO-ECSDE in collaboration with the University of Siena within the framework of the Interreg Med Plastic Busters MPAs project, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
This e-learning module has been designed specifically for the busy practitioner, conservationist, researcher, professional and student working for litter-free coasts and seas.
